Hi we pay you (shopify) for fraud protection.
If a customer receives an item, says they dont like it and ask for a return label (which we provide) then contacts their bank to report a chargeback because they have not received it. HOW IS THIS NOT FRAUD!?????
WHY DO WE PAY YOU FOR PROTECTION WHEN YOU DO NOT PROTECT; WTF !?
Customer never returned the merchandise. We sent two of them because she said she didnt get it the first time, then she files chargeback, keeps both items and WINS THE CHARGEBACK. WTF
THIS IS FRAUD, WHAT ARE WE PAYING YOU FOR IF YOU DONT INSURE AGAINST IT AS PROMISED?
I'm sorry to hear about this issue.
Just to be clear, are you speaking of Shopify's Fraud protection service, which you are protected in the case of chargebacks?
Was the original payment done using Shopify pay?
