I've created a 'letterbox gift' for my customers, and included in the price is the shipping. Is there a way that they can add the letterbox gift to their cart, and not be charged the normal shipping cost when they get to check out? Thank you!

Go to your Settings -> Shipping & Delivery -> Create new Profile. It will ask you to enable Locations, how many products do you have in total and is their inventory correct at this point? Once you enable locations you can then assign specific shipping profiles for specific products.
