How do I offer free shipping to one product on out site?

You can definitely set this up in the three steps. I've outlined them below for easy following. Feel free to click on the links. They will take you to a setup guide for each step.

1. Create a shipping profile - this will allow you to assign that single product to this shipping profile

2. Set up your shipping zones - this is where you set up the countries/regions you want to ship this product out to

3. Create a free shipping rate - this is so when the customer reaches checkout, the cost for shipping that product is free.
