That's a great question! Could you email support@shopify.com from the email address you use to sign into Shopify? When you do, you should receive an automated email back with a ticket number assigned.  If you let me know what that ticket number is, I'll have a look into this with you.

hello i wanna help for extending my store for some days to complete working and check everything to be ready lunching 

my store name: 

cartino-store2020 

my store email: Removed

please help me quickly because shopify charges me alot of invoices and close my store until pay

Hi @Ted,

 

My shopify store id is blishful-in.myshopify.com.

Due to some reason I had to discontinue the development of the website.

I need few days to develop the website. Our launch is scheduled to be 22th January

It would mean a lot if you could help me in the same
