That's a great question! Could you email support@shopify.com from the email address you use to sign into Shopify? When you do, you should receive an automated email back with a ticket number assigned.  If you let me know what that ticket number is, I'll have a look into this with you.

hello i wanna help for extending my store for some days to complete working and check everything to be ready lunching 

my store name: 

cartino-store2020 

my store email: Removed

please help me quickly because shopify charges me alot of invoices and close my store until pay

I can certainly take a closer look at the account. In order to do so, I've just emailed you to help authenticate the account so please keep an eye out for my email. Just so you know, we do offer a $9 paused plan which might suit you better if you are not ready to launch the store. More information can be found in this guide if you would like to take a look.
