I've set up gift cards on our shopify site and we did a test purchase. whilst the order shows up in shopify and says fulfilled and that the email with the code was sent. The 'customer' didn't receive anything (yes, they checked spam and everywhere else) - we even resent it from shopify but still nothing.
We need to get this working before re-launching the site again.
any tips anyone can offer.
(ps: I've tried posting another forum message about a different issue but it keeps coming as spam and not showing in the forum? why???)
