Google Search Console shows Warnings for Missing Fields

Based on the research I have done, this seems to be a structured data issue but hopefully one of the Shopify Experts can help me out here.

Google Search Console is showing:

Missing Field "aggregateRating"

Missing Field "sku"

Missing Field "brand"

Missing Field "description"

Missing Field "review"

No global identifiers provided (e.g., gtin, mpn, isbn)

Missing Field "url"

Missing Field "priceValidUntil"

All of these fields are filled out in the Shopify platform backend, it seems that google is just not able to find them. I literally searched "CTRL+F" through the code for each of these items and I found them in the "crawled page" code that Google Search Console provides. That's what makes me think this is a structured data problem but quite frankly I am not sure how to fix this.
