Google merchant account suspension

I have been suspended from google and have only just opened my store! This is absolutely devastating and could be crippling to my business' success. There really should be more information on Shopify to be careful before you link your business to google and a checklist.

Anyway would love someone who knows about this stuff to have a look over my website and tell me what the think might need fixing.

I have fixed the following: Had a range I was waiting on stock for (which appeared as sold out) back in stock

Added a postal address, it is a PO Box with Suite number etc. This will accompany the email. Is this enough? We operate from our private residence and don't really want to advertise our address.

Added a contact form, updated shipping from location and it is clearly on our webpage.

All our product descriptions are accurate, truthful and detailed.

I filled all the required information in the google channel on Shopify.

There are no others issues with our company we only set it up about 6 months ago and there is no reason for us to be flagged for any wrong doing etc. I'm a little concerned because in their email they stated: We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately we will not be able to reinstate this account and the current status of the products and the account may be beyond fix. Google’s primary objective is to provide safe, relevant experiences for our users. The decision to suspend your account was made after careful review of your account and the low quality landing page experiences promoted through your website. We won't be able to provide you with any further details regarding the suspension of the account.

2. Not having returns and refund, payments, delivery, privacy policy and terms of service pages

4. Having multiple websites in the same niche

5. Not being honest with what you sell or how you portray the business

6. Having a low trust factor or no track record of order fullfilment

Thanks, I've been working through a list of things today, This triggered quite a few things I needed to fix/hadn't considered.

I'm gonna hold off a little and make sure I have ticked all the boxes before requesting them to re audit it.

I'd imagine saying that your product is the best wouldn't be considered being dishonest? We truly believe it is!

Well yes and no. If your claims can be verified and is officially recognized and commonly known. Then you can say such things.

If not, then you are just saying it without any proof.

Really? Brands say they are the best, most comfortable etc all the time. Best isn't making a claim.. Best at what? In whose opinion etc.

One thing I'm trying to understand is the difference in titles between shopify and Google. That link you posted... Where would these sales descriptions be placed in Shopify. For example I'm currently running 20% off store wide. Where would be the best spot to advertise this (organically) that would work for my shopify store and Google listing's?

If you have a discount, have this info in a way that it doesn't block any content or navigation on the site.
