Google merchant center has been suspended. Please help!

I connected my shopify store with GMC. But my GMC account is suspended after they reviewed . Google said I violated the policy, but did not specify what violation? Please help. Thank you!

Never publicly share your account id's this to protect your accounts and avoid being hacked.

 

There could be a lot of reasons. Most of the time if not all, when Google does not provide any further info in the email they sent you, then it is a permanent ban. Google ultimately decides who can advertise and who can't regardless of policies.
 
The most common issues are:
  1. Not adding full contact details (email, phone number, address, contact form)
  2. Not having returns and refund, delivery, privacy policy and terms of service pages
  3. Selling products that are not allowed
  4. Selling product you do not stock, for example, dropshipping
  5. Not adding any added content, and simply copy-pasting other sites

Following your guide, I have checked in my GMC and found that the reason for suspended maybe is this issue: Product data is missing. If so, what should I do?

Go to Google Merchant Center > Products > Diagnostics, this should give you more info.

All the red flags, need to be resolved yes.

And also check your account issues, you seem to have 2 flags.

You need to investigate. Google has a huge list of policies, carefully inspect your data you submit against Google's policies.

Currently you biggest problem is that you are suspended, these are typically serious issues and you need to carefully fully understand Google's policies. Alternatively hire someone that can help you.

It was my biggest mistake, I should have just posted it on Google shopping for 1 or 2 products, let Google review, and have a warning about violations, then I thought my account was only warned. , and has not been suspended yet. At that time, I thought it would be better.
