Due to inactivity, my Shopify Account has been INACTIVATED. I have asked for a 10-DIGIT CODE to REOPEN MY ACCOUNT, but I do not receive one in my mail. I am writing this message from a new account. For various reasons I need to get into my old account.
I cannot CONTACT SUPPORT - I am just redirected to the HELP CENTER when clicking 27/7 SUPPORT.
WHAT CAN I DO?
