Would it be possible for you to share your store URL so that I can confirm your website is working on my end?
Although the way you have described the issue seems to indicate that the issue is a localized one. As it is working on both your mobile and desktop, the issue is specific to your other computer. Can you try opening your website using incognito mode to see if this works? If it does, then can you try clearing your cache and trying to view your website once more?
This issue is normally specific to devices as I mentioned with issues such as cookies blocking you from visiting certain websites, but if you try that step, or share your URL, then I can confirm if the issue is working on my end.
