Really need help please as i'm not getting anywhere on Chat.
Linnworks is our order management system, and we "fulfil" orders on Linnworks, which then sends all the tracking information to Shopify. We use Parcel Force and Royal Mail with no problems.
But when we upload our DX Tracking Numbers it takes our customers to DHL.
The team have said I have to manually change it on each order (we don't physically have the time to do this, it's hundreds!), Is there anything else I can use? This is giving our customers a really bad experience but i'm getting no where.
