HELP with Broken Card Reader

Can someone please help! We have had a broken card reader for 3 weeks. Reached out and we were sent a replacement, that did not work. Reached out again, two are card readers on the way. We have had to manually input all of out transactions (possibly at an additional transaction fee). We don't know why the readers are not working and really need our card reader. Can someone please help!
