HELP! I am hoping someone can help me. We have had Shopify since March of this year. We have online and brick-and-mortar POS. We have been selling physical gift cards that we purchase through Shopify for months now. As of Monday, we have been unable to sell a physical gift card in the store. When I go to sell one, it takes me to choose an amount, but then the screen to scan the QR code on the back of the gift card does not come up. It automatically goes in the cart. It is not putting this amount on the card because there is not a way now that it is asking for the code on the back of the card. PLEASE HELP! I have tried and tried to troubleshoot this without any luck! Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!
