Help Google Merchant Account disable! Beyond repair!

My account was suspended right after adding Google shopping, i reread all the policies made all the changes, removed all of my products from Google to ensure it wasn’t an issue with a product and then got this!! I’ve been working my SEO so hard and finally got to the second page of Google and now I’m GONE! HELP!

We have reviewed the Merchant Center Account and the policy disapproval remains because the Merchant Center account continues to be in violation of our policy.

Google Shopping requires that merchants provide transparency into the product that's being promoted. It has come to our attention that your Google Merchant Center account doesn't comply with our Program Policies. We have therefore disabled your Google Merchant Center account. Please visitpolicies

As outlined in our terms of service Google reserves the right to terminate any user's participation at any time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately we will not be able to reinstate this account and the current status of the products and the account may be beyond fix. Google’s primary objective is to provide safe, relevant experiences for our users. The decision to suspend your account was made after careful review of your account and the low quality landing page experiences promoted through your website. We won't be able to provide you with any further details regarding the suspension of the account.

As you may recall, the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed to when you signed up for Shopping Ads state that Google reserves the right to disable any ads when deemed necessary.

Checking a site for compliance is a big task. To get you started I recommend having a look at the following policies:

The most common issues are:

  1. Not having a valid checkout: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/9158778?hl=en

  2. Not having returns and refund, payments, delivery, privacy policy and terms of service pages

  3. Selling products that are not stocked: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150127#:~:text=Unavailable%20promotions

  4. Having multiple websites in the same niche

  5. Not being honest with what you sell or how you portray the business

  6. Having a low trust factor or no track record of order fullfilment

As far as I understand I’m compliant to all of those, the only thing I can think of is when Shopify synced with google it synced all of my products and published them before I could edit them all correctly. Would that be it? That and my new awful speed insight scores is the only thing I can think of! It’s so frustrating

Submitting inaccurate data, may cause a suspension, however 95% of all suspensions are related to the website / business model.

So, website performance could is probably what caused my suspension.

Not really, suspensions due to poor performance can only happen if your website loads a +10 seconds. Suspensions based on this are pretty much non existant for Shopify websites.

Your issues are most likely website related, ie your info, and or your business model.

Emmanuel, would you be willing to connect via WhatsApp or a platform where we can talk directly? I'm at a total loss here. yesterday got my score to a steady 60+ , this morning I run PageSpeed Insights and get a whopping 21. No one seems to notice issues with performance or the such and you are mentioning it most likely has nothing to do with performance. What Could it be? My product descriptions? Our website states that the CEO is 4 years old? ( everything is under my name though )

This is an accepted solution.

Again, pagespeed is not a reason for suspension, unless it loads longer than 10 seconds. I doubt that is even the case. You are looking in the wrong area to fix policy violations.
