Help! I keep getting message that items added cannot be shipped in the cart. ShineOn Product only

Hi!
I added a ShineOn product to my page and whenever I test the checkout for the product, it says "Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order." I tried different addresses in the US and keeps saying it doesn't ship to that specific state.

The shipping parameters are the same as my printify products (which work for shipping!), but my shineon product shows this error. I have united states selected for domestic shipping. Can someone help me?
