Hi, I need help urgently!
Everything is working fine for anyone who does purchasing on a desktop or laptop browser. However, its not working on the mobile!
The settings at checkout:
Exceed the minimum order (price) of $50 and delivery is $8, if fall below, the delivery is $15.
On the mobile phone, it just show "there are no shipping methods available for your cart or address" and there are no other "shipping methods" which is unlike what the customers are seeing on my web browser!
Is there anyone who can help?

I did a test checkout using an address and phone number for Singapore, and while I was able to see the shipping, they were a little different to what you described below. You mentioned your shipping settings are set at $8 if a customer spends over $50, and $15 if they spend under $50.
Order amount: $71.69
Shipping cost: $15
Order amount: $39.06
Shipping cost: $30
Order amount: $166.92
Shipping cost: Free
So from here, I can confirm that mobile checkout is definitely working, meaning your shipping is set up. You should see no discrepancy at all between desktop and mobile in regards to shipping, as the settings are the same for both and can't be changed based on the device a customer is using. I noticed there were no options for other countries, only Singapore - which is fine! Just check the pricing you have set to make sure it all displays the correct amount.
To answer your original question; the mobile checkout seems to be working as expected. If you are seeing other issues, please reply with some screenshots so I can take a deeper look.
