If your trial has ended, but you are still being charged, you likely have another store for which there is an active subscription. If you head to this page, you can enter in your email address and will be provided with an email that contains a list of stores associated with that address. You may wish to try multiple addresses if there's numerous ones you may have used. Once you've done this, you can log into any stores you see and close them if they are still active. Once you have closed your store(s) you will no longer be charged.
