hello! Totally new with Shopify !

I would like to replicate exactly the following store (with full width videos) but I am a bit lost on how to!

-How to accomplish: The first video has AUTO START and no controls

Tthe size of video is actual or Shopify fits it?

-Recommendations for Video production settings for fast loading?

-I noticed I can download the video by right-clicking  (it's an actual video uploaded to Shopify or a link from vimeo/YouTube??
