Hi, Pinterest keep disabling my account after adding billing information

Since yesterday, I have been at war with Pinterest over my Pinterest business account. For some reason they keep disabling my account whenever I add a payment method, my visa card. I reached out to them on social media and by email, but all I have gotten back is a robotic response, basically just "please wait 48 hours so our team can check." Now, I checked Reddit and people on there said they get this response too, but I cannot find anyone else who has had this same issue as me. Pinterest sent me an email telling me that my Shopify store's returns policy doesn't qualify for their guidelines (which it does, it has been checked thoroughly), and another thing about you needing a Pinterest account that is at least 3 months old. My account they disabled was two YEARS old. What the hell is the problem here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
