Hi on the 16thjan I brought the 32 modern bed in pink leather but since then the email is been rejected an I cannot contact anyone about it

I’m sorry to hear that this has happened to you. It can be very disappointing to have an online order be left unfulfilled. One thing I will mention is that as the order was placed less than two weeks ago, some stores can take up to one month to fulfill an order.

Shopify is the service that some shops use to build their website and shopping cart. We don’t ship or manage the store's inventory or orders. Each merchant’s shop is an independent business and they are responsible for running their business (fulfilling orders, etc). However, I would recommend checking out our online order FAQ, which has some great tips about the online order process, and some next steps to take.
