We're looking to upgrade to Shopify Plus urgently as our site goes live on 30th June.
We have made numerous requests, filled out the required form and followed up on live chat but still haven't heard anything from the Shopify plus team.
This is extremely frustrating and we are disappointed with the lack of support for a premium priced feature.
How long does the process typically take? And is there a way to speed this up?

I will need the contact's first and last name, email address/phone number and name of the business provided during the application. If you have a store created already on Shopify then if you can also share the .myshopify.com, that would be very helpful.
It is also important to double check the spam/junk mail folder for an email reply from our team. The first initial contact from our support can sometimes be flagged as spam in your inbox and get filtered out.
