How do I get a refund for my cancelled shopify store?

I have been trying in vain to get a reply from the shopify customer support people about cancelling my shopify store (which I created less than 24 hours back) but they don't seem to be in the mood to reply. I floated a ticket too yesterday but I have yet to get a response from their end. I would like to cancel the shopify store, however they don't seem to have any clear refund policies defined. I would like to have my money back. Can somebody from the shopify staff please help me?

Shopify does not provide refunds.

I jump on these forums to help and share some insights. Not looking to be hired, and not looking for work.

Don't hand out staff invites or give admin password to forum members unless absolutely needed. In most cases the help you need can be handled without that.

Also, if you created your Shopify store 24 hours ago you'd still be in the trial period and therefore have no fees to worry about.

seriously why they don't refund if subscription cancelled?

We are sellers as well and if buyer want to cancel or return, we HAVE TO refund.
