I have been trying in vain to get a reply from the shopify customer support people about cancelling my shopify store (which I created less than 24 hours back) but they don't seem to be in the mood to reply. I floated a ticket too yesterday but I have yet to get a response from their end. I would like to cancel the shopify store, however they don't seem to have any clear refund policies defined. I would like to have my money back. Can somebody from the shopify staff please help me?

Section 5.6 Payment of Fees
Shopify does not provide refunds.
