Could you tell me a bit more about what you hope to be refunded for? As per our Terms of Service, we do not provide refunds; however, we may be able to offer a refund on your subscription if the account is closed within a reasonable timeframe of the invoice generating. Theme purchases and domains are one-time non-refundable purchases. Shipping labels, credit card, and transaction fees are also non-refundable. Apps, on the other hand, may be refundable but only with approval from the app developer.
If you can provide as much detail as possible about why you'd like a refund then I can help look into your request.
