How do I record a Printify make-good submission on an order?

Hello there,

My customer received a poster with unacceptable creases. I requested a do-over at Printify. I am wondering what path I take within the order to keep it up to date? I.e., it's neither a refund nor an exchange. I un-archived the order, but am unsure how to mark it so that it reflects the current status of "waiting for printer to send another copy."
