Looks like things have been marked as solved, but it isn't.

Flickity is a JavaScript library and it has options to disable the dots in the code that initialises it. A link to the shop or at least knowing the theme will help us point you in the right direction for the code to edit. You _could_ just hide the dots with CSS but there's a better way to do it.
