How do i sort the products by its category??

So if i go on products on my website its just all products randomly mixed, but i want a structure in the categorys to click on like, men wear, shoes etc. how do i do that???

Karlie here from the Shopify Support Team! It sounds like you're looking for information on how to create a collection for your online storefront. There are two ways to set up collections, you can either do so automatically or manually. A collection is a way to set up categories for your products online, it is also a way to keep things organized. 

To create a collection automatically, you can follow the below instructions:

• Head into your Shopify Admin
• Products> Collections
• Click on 'Create Collection' in the top right corner
• Enter your title and description of your category
• Under 'Collection type' > select, 'Automated'
• You can then follow our step by step guide, here, to finish customizing your automated collection.

To create a collection manually, you're going to follow the instructions below:

• Head into your Shopify Admin
• Products> Collections
• Click on 'Create Collection' in the top right corner
• Enter your title and description of your category
• Under 'Collection type' > select, 'Manual'
• Click, 'Save'
• The page will then refresh and you can start adding products to your collection under the 'Products' section
• You can refer to this guide when adjusting or adding to your manual collection.
