Could you tell me a little bit more about this? Have you received an email or admin notification advising you to submit ID? If so, could you share the message with me or share a screenshot and I'll take a closer look into this with you.
I put the incorrect date of birth for my client on her Shopify site, but now i can't find where to update it as it's nowhere to be seen, are you able to help me update this please?
Thanks for letting me know! Could you confirm if you or the client is listed as the account owner? Our Shopify Payments team would need to assist here and manually change that info.
