It sounds like you are querying about email hosting, which is something that Shopify does not provide. I'd suggest deciding on an email host first. Two popular options are Google Workspace and Zoho Mail.
Then, once you have your email host sorted, you can look into setting up email forwarding in your Shopify store, the process of which will depend on if you purchased a Shopify domain, or you are using a third party domain provider.
This way, you can have as many custom emails as you require, all based on your specific business domain!
