Not much...Probably $140.00 since the 31st. We were averaging between $41.00 and $70.50/day for a little over a week before this occurred. We just launched an introductory offer on our newest product and added some free downloads in the previous week. Did tons of marketing and driving traffic only to have this happen. Our store was in the top 5% of stores that opened the same week for traffic numbers and such. The momentum that was building for this new product is gone. Haven't had an order since the 31st at 9:31pm. We were averaging 1 order every 4/5 hours. I've had to go and repair the damage on all the forums and sites where we market our products.
Shopify knows and does better than their top competitors at down-times. Thousands of people have moved from Woocommerce or Magento to Shopify, only to realize how stupid they were at not moving over sooner because of technical problems that either caused their server to go down completely or a functionality drop (say, a plugin update that broke the cart) that resulted in an equivalent effect.
