How to Manage Exchanges on the customer's end

Hi, 

Other than emailing me, is there a way the customer can request a return or exchange on my site and the site can automatically send the customer a return label? If not, when I do get emails about returns, I don't see an option on the fulfilled order page for exchange, only refund. Please help with the exchange process. Thank you.
