How to apply a flat % discount to entire store?

This did not work.  I spent so much time doing this.  How frustrating!  Now been on hold for 20 minutes.  So much for customer service.  Plus my instagram has never worked and whole reason I switched over from Big Commerce.  This is worse!

So I did a discount but now once again I have to get an app to actually have it posted somewhere?  This is a little crazy with all the app add ons.

Thank you, I edited them in the product editor page and it worked. It's not exactly what OP asked since I did it manually but it was quicker than visiting every product page.
