How to buy products in shopify?

Hi, @meenakshibuild,

Hank here from Shopify. 

Shopify isn't a marketplace like some other services out there, like eBay or Amazon - we're more about supporting individual merchants with their standalone, branded shops. That being the case, there isn't any one place to go to shop on Shopify.

If you're interested in checking out some stores that use our platform, we've got some located here for you!

We also recently announced the release of our Shop app, which allows you to buy from some of your favorite independent brands!

This makes zero sense to me. Wouldn’t sales be synergized by several orders of magnitude if shoppers who prefer Shopify could search for products using an app? This app would presumably support payment methods that buyers would have on file. I was astonished to find that no such app exists. I guess I’ll just keep on using Amazon to make my average ten online purchases per week!
