I wanted to test out the shopify and started the 90 days free trial. I created shop and put it online, so I had to subscribe to some plan.
It is already more than 2 month, that I never ever used it and forgot about it.
Today I got paypal notification that 29.99$ was paid to shopify.
I logged in to my shop dashboard and closed the store. Is it how I unsubscribe from further payments or I need to do something else too?
Is it somehow possible to get back this 29.99$ as I closed the store immediatelly?
If so how can I request it?

Once your store is cancelled no further payments will be taken from your account. I can confirm that your store is cancelled for you if you'd like and I can see if you are eligible to have that subscription invoice refunded? In order to do so, I will just need to verify you as the account owner. I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forums account and confirm some security questions about your store. Once you reply to that email, I can take a look for you.
