How to cancel the subscription

Hi, i would like to know how to cancel my shopify account, because I tried to close my store and it shows me the message like there are unpaid bills, but I still am in the free 14 days trial...I don't know what to do, I signed a plan but I thought I wouldn't need to pay anything because I was in the free trial period..Please help me.
