Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. In order to achieve this, you would need to re-open your account, and then select Pause and Build. Because you paused an active plan, there should still be some subscription credit on your account in order to do this.
The Pause and Build will definitely give you some time to further develop the store and your marketing strategy. What are the main objectives during the pause for your business?
