If you're on the fully paused plan, then you won't be able to access your Shopify Admin and close your account without logging in and picking a plan.
In saying that, if you'd like to close your store, we can help you do this.
I've sent an email to your Shopify Community email address with some information that I'll need to gather for the Accounts team to close the store on your behalf.
Once you reply to that, we can get that process going.
