How to have tracking number linked to a designated page?

Hi Shopify Team,

I was wondering in regards to tracking numbers provided to customers through the shopify default email template.

Is there a way I can add in or code in a specific liquid to "Shipping Confirmation" email template that when a customer clicks on the tracking number, it links to a specific page on our website?

This would be super helpful!
