I'm trying to install Facebook pixel on client store, but the option to copy and paste the pixel has disappeared. The only option I can see is to use the Facebook Channel app.
So I've downloaded the app. However, when I try to connect the app I get the following error: "This page needs to be added to the selected Business Manager to continue".
I've added the Facebook page to our Business Manger already but whatever, I tried the "Add Page" button anyway.
Then I get another error saying: "You need admin access of the page you're trying to connect."
The thing is, I am already a page admin.
Is this a bug? Anyway know what's going on?
You should be able to add the Pixel ID under the store's preferences.
Online Store > Preferences > Facebook Pixel
Is it not appearing there? Let me know.
This must have just rolled out as I saw this with a new clients store this morning. I'll troubleshoot further and get back to everyone either way.
