We want to limit daily orders to 50 as it is a new product and a new process.
Is there a way to do this, by having the customer bounced to a calendar that shows the next available date for delivery of items based on when they are next in stock?
So for example, if delivery is 5 days after purchase and 100 people try to order 1 piece each. The first 50 can order, and the next 50 can choose to order for the delivery slot 10 days later instead of 5.
does that make sense, and is there a way?
It's essentially a pre-order system combined with the daily 50 limit.
