How to mark an order as filled if changed from shipping to local pickup

I've had a couple of orders over the past couple of months where the Customer decided to do local pickup after having already placed the order and paid for shipping.  I've refunded their shipping costs but I don't see a way to switch the order to local pickup.  So now I have several orders I can't seem to be able to close out since Shopify wants a USPS tracking number.  Any suggestions?
