How to put order minimum without coding or paying for app

I'm trying to set a minimum 'checkout' price of $75.

So if somebody tries to checkout with items that sum to less than $70, they should be prevented from checking out.

There are some apps on the app store that enforce this on the frontend. If you are on shopify plus then you could use the script api to hide all shipping methods if the total is under 75. Or if you only use flat shipping methods set them only for 75 and above.
