Great question! You can remove this "via Shopify" by ensuring that you're using a custom domain email address in your Shopify Admin > Settings > General > Customer Email and also by adding a SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record to your custom domain.
The steps are as follows:
v=spf1 include:shops.shopify.com ~all

first i would thank you for this info but its their also beside my domain custom email
