Maggie here, Shopify Guru. :)
Great question! You can remove this "via Shopify" by ensuring that you're using a custom domain email address in your Shopify Admin > Settings > General > Customer Email and also by adding a SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record to your custom domain.
The steps are as follows:
v=spf1 include:shops.shopify.com ~all
If you'd like a bit more information on this, we have a walk-through doc on the process right here: Customer email best practices.
You can contact support 24/7 if you have any more questions!

first i would thank you for this info but its their also beside my domain custom email
This is what i see
PICKY CARE email@example.com via shopify.com
any help to remove it would be fine
I know I'm a bit late to this but there is an additional step required to remove the "via shopify.com". You also need to authenticate the domain:
Hi Good morning!
Thanks for posting this. I however still can not remove the (Shopify) <firstname.lastname@example.org> from e-mails I receive from the contact form.
Please kindly take into consideration the following:
1- I have my e-mail from a third party host, and I contacted them multiple times to basically resolve this and they told me to contact you.
2- My DNS TXT records look like in the image here.
3- I still get the (Shopify) <email@example.com> as shown in image here.
Would you please be so nice as to try to help me with this. It's a bit frustrating
I'm not sure which point you are starting from as that doesn't look like the same issue that everybody else had in this thread, have you followed the steps found here to add an email address?
Also I would note, that you are only allowed one SPF TXT record so you would need to combine them like so;
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:shops.shopify.com -all
