How to reopen my shopify store

I recently closed my shopify store and I’m trying to reopen it. When I go to select my plan, the page won’t load and says that there’s a troubleshooting error and to reload the page. I’ve tried to do it on multiple devices and it doesn’t work. Is there anyway I can reopen my store?

Normally, you would be able to access your account by logging in and selecting a plan.
