Can anyone help me with this please? I'm not a developer or API specialist. Just a Supply Chain Manager with little IT support on this subject.
I'm getting this screen when I try to access the Point of sale, sales channel section of my Shopify admin. Support team said it may be that I need to update my Shopify POS app...I can't see that in my list of Apps...but there is a private one called "Retail integration", which I'm receiving "must be updated by April 1st" messages about...which sounds rather coincidental...
I will move this post to the relevant section of the forums for you, but in the meantime the error is suggesting you need to re-auth the app and that your staff account doesn't have the relevant permissions to do so.
