I Need to Speak to Speak to Shopify Human, Plse! Too Many Website Issues to Resolve Via ‘Community’

I need to please speak w/ a Shopify human manager. Most shop owners have too many website issues to deal via ã‘Community.’ Many are canceling their websites with you and switching to your competition due to your nonsensical zero human contact. Ie: You’re charging me $1200/yr for same website others pay $200. So I froze my website and am considering switching to your cheaper competitor which offers better customer service with human contact. Dealing with on-line ‘chat’ and ‘Community’ is nonsensical and lacks credibility. Please change your policy and offer customer service phone number before you lose more marketshare. Thx, in advance.
