Can you share your MyShopify URL for the store here? In order for me to investigate this, we'd need to make sure your store is canceled. If you reactivated your account can you please close it by following the steps below:
1. Log in to the admin section of your store.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Next, click Plan and Permissions.
4. From there, Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Close my Store".
Once the store is closed, I can take a look and email the account owner with more information on this.
