I got an email recently saying I got another 14 day free trial, but suddenly I am not eligible? Please help me

Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. Has there been an invoice already generated in your store? Once an invoice has been generated and you have switched to a paid plan, it is impossible to revert back to trial plans.

However, if there has been no invoice and you are still on trial, I'd be happy to look into this with you. What is your MyShopify URL for the store?
