Would you be able to confirm that the email address you used to sign up to the Community with is the best one to reach you on? If you could also confirm if this is the same email address you have for your Shopify store that would be appreciated. I also have the same problem, if i try to use my existing domain it says error " a store with that name already exists" and if i try to do a transfer in of domain it says "This domain is currently managed by a different shop" I have talked to 2 people so far and it hasn't gotten fixed. I own the domain 100% so there is no way it is on another shop..
