Would you be able to confirm if the best email to reach you on is the one you signed up to the community with? I will need to reach out to you directly about this as it will involve me to verify some of your details which will be sensitive in nature. Once you confirm the best email to catch you on I will contact you about this. 

 

I have also moved your post to another post where several others are in the same situation as you to not clog up the community with multiple posts about the same topic, I hope that's ok.

Can you just confirm the best email to reach you on is the one you signed up to the community with and if it is the same email you are using for your Shopify store? If it isn't can you let me know the best email to reach you on and I can reach out to you directly about this.
