I can not view my complete product lists - search not working

Hello. For the past 2 days, I have been unable to update my products. 

I have an inventory of around 25'000 products across 100 different collection pages ( categories ) 

ON a daily basis I need to update various products by increasing quantity and so on. 

However, my search is showing only a fraction of what actually exists. 

 

I usually browse all products on the product list and type in the specific words relevant to this collection. Whereby there should be around 50 - Shopify is only showing around 10 - so I am completely unable to update the products. 

 

If you search on my website as a customer for example, however, all products show. They are there - it's just I am being prevented from viewing them from a background stock holding point of view. 

Has anyone any tips to rectify this?

I use venture shop design. I have deleted browsing history, rebooted my computer and also tried on Chrome and Safari

Not sure how to delete this post, but Shopify have managed to fix the situation by conducting a background refresh of my shop,

I'm facing the same problem. So you contacted Shopify directly to get them to do the background refresh of your shop? TIA
